I've got a million of them. Mostly because my "Dutch niece" (my best friend's daughter) and I sat around at an event for an hour making them up.
This isn't about zombies. I just saw this on my Twitter feed, and it was totally worth sharing. Apparently it's Brain Awareness Week. Here is a home remedy guide from 1596 that lists things that are and are not good for your brain health.
Apparently, getting enough sleep and walking frequently, as well as hand-washing are good (who knew!) as well as eating mustard and pepper. Good, I like those! Things that are bad for the brain are gluttony, cheese (headcheese?), too much bathing, and....eating brains. Of any kind. Sorry zombies.
Know what is good for my brain?

Here is the link to the article about the very succinctly and briefly titled: A Rich Store-house or Treasury for the Diseased: Wherein, are Many Approued Medicines for Diuers and Sundry Diseases, Which Haue Been Long Hidden, and Not Come To Light Before This Time; Now Set Foorth for the Great Benefit and Comfort of the Poorer Sort of People That are not of Abillitie to Go to the Physitions.
